Formation Rules of State Information Reserves and Systems Confirmed
Baku / 13.09.18 / Turan: On September 12, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed a decree approving the "Rules for the Formation, Maintenance, Integration and Archiving of State Information Reserves and Systems" and several measures related to the e-government.
The document provides for the creation of a Unified Information System of Public Utilities, which will ensure the integration of information systems and resources needed to provide management in the utilities sphere.
It will also provide monitoring and analytical analysis, preparation of forecasts and provision of centralized electronic services in this area.
In addition, the Unified Information System of Social Services and the Unified Information System of Agricultural Services are being created.
The functions of the operator of the Unified Information System of Public Utilities will be carried out by the Ministry of Energy, the functions of the operator of the Unified Information System of Social Services will be performed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, and the functions of the operator of the United Information System of Agricultural Services will be carried out by the Ministry of Agriculture.
The State Agency for the Provision of Services to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of Azerbaijan was entrusted with organizing and maintaining the "Unified Register of State Information Resources, Systems and Electronic Services". -06d--
