Images from webcams can be used in the investigation of complaints during election
The official state of the "Azerbaijan" newspaper published the text of the Rules of the establishment and use of web cameras at polling stations approved by the CEC.
Webcams will increase public confidence in elections.
According to the rules, web cameras should be installed in areas so that the whole process of issuing ballots is covered, including putting them into ballot boxes, and the counting votes.
