Baku / 14.04,17 / Turan: On Friday, at a meeting of Milli Majlis in the third reading, the bill "On preschool education" was adopted. The document consists of five sections and 24 Articles. The law provides for the expansion of the rights and opportunities of pre-school institutions that will receive perpetual licenses. The document also provides for the possibility of investing in pre-school institutions for non-citizens of Azerbaijan, but they will be prohibited from being founders. To create such institutions is allowed to the state, municipalities and legal entities. -

During search and operational activities, on January 30 at 11:20, 16.4 kg of drugs were discovered and seized in the area of the "Geytapa" border post, located on the Iran-Azerbaijan border. According to the Azerbaijan Border Service, this prevented an attempt to smuggle into Azerbaijan 11.3 kg of marijuana, 5.1 kg of opium, and 1,990 methadone M-40 pills from Iran.
