The assumption of the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, the accusations of the commander of the peacekeepers against the Armenian leadership, the mechanism for holding secret weddings, the situation with infection in Gabala are discussed in today's media.
“Sfera.az” writes about the assumptions of the possible end of the pandemic in Azerbaijan. Vaccinations are taking place in the country. More than 400 million people have been vaccinated worldwide. Infection will stop when 80% of people are vaccinated. However, compliance with the established rules (masks, distance, hygiene) must be respected.
Website "Modern.az" The head of the Russian peacekeepers, Rustam Muradov, accused the Armenian leadership of a provocation, reporting the alleged release of Armenian prisoners on April 8 and their delivery from Baku. Muradov stated that he arrived from Baku on a working visit, during which the release of the Armenians was not planned.
The website “Müsavat.com” writes about secret weddings that are being held during the period of their ban due to the coronavirus. The other day, one of the singers said that over five hundred secret weddings are held in the country during one day. The groundlessness of such a statement is confirmed by the fact that the responsible persons of the wedding houses were recently fined. Moreover, the host of the wedding receives guests in parties at different times. Sociologists believe that weddings can be carried out under the condition that some strict rules are relaxed. But weddings must be conducted according to established standards.
The Azpolitika.info website writes that the coronavirus is raging in Gabala. Modular hospitals are already overcrowded and closed to receive patients. Due to the large number of infected people in some villages of the region, a special regime has been unofficially declared. Residents of Gabala are helpless in the face of the deadly virus, there are no doctors, nurses refuse to come to their homes to install systems and give injections, patients are not provided with medicines. At the same time, the management of the Central Hospital claims that there are no problems with admitting patients.

Baku, often called the "Caucasian Dubai," is increasingly known for systematic violations of residents' housing rights. During urban renovations and the construction of elegant new buildings, thousands of families in Azerbaijan’s capital have been unlawfully deprived of their homes. Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property. A minority, placing faith in the Housing Code, demand fair compensation from construction companies but often lose everything—both their homes and any form of recompense.
