The reasons for the increased frequency of cyberattacks on Azerbaijan, the need for the Turkish Armed Forces to come to Azerbaijan, the shortage of drugs against coronavirus, the Armenians captured in Karabakh, the deprivation of electricity from residents due to the company's debts are the topics of today's media.

The newspaper “Azerbaijan” writes about an increase of cyber attacks on Azerbaijan. The article, citing Kaspersky, says that in 2020 there is a sharp increase in attacks using the RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) protocol, which is designed to organize remote work. So,

From January to November, 2.2 million such attacks were registered in Azerbaijan. This is 2.6 times more than in the same period in 2019.

According to experts, the growth of attacks is associated with the massive transition of workers to remote operation, which is used by cybercriminals.

Before the introduction of strict quarantine, the number of attacks on the RDP was 167 thousand, and in March there were already 283 thousand, in November - about 200 thousand.

The website "Redaktor.az" quotes the opinion of the deputy Bahruz Maharramov on the need to bring the Turkish Armed Forces into Azerbaijan. Turkey is an important factor in ensuring peace in Karabakh. “I believe that in the near future the Turkish military will arrive in Azerbaijan and professionally fulfill their mission,” he said.

The site “Sfera.az” writes about a shortage of drugs in pharmacies needed to treat coronavirus. If before the pandemic Arbidol cost 17-15 manats, now its cost has increased to 100 manats.

The situation is the same with other drugs. Experts believe that maximum control over pharmacies is necessary to avoid any rush. In addition, there would be no shortage if the drugs needed to treat the coronavirus were strictly prescribed. Medicines that were previously sold for 5-6 manats, currently cost around 50-100 manats.

The website "Modern.az" writes that the Armenian prisoners who violated the ceasefire should be judged not as prisoners, but as terrorists. Recently, Armenia has been trying to violate the trilateral statement reached on November 10. Azerbaijan conducted anti-terrorist operations, as a result of which, according to unofficial data, over a hundred people were detained. Experts insist that they are not prisoners of war, but terrorists.

The website “Yeniavaz.com” writes that because of the debt “Azerishig” turned off the electricity  of  the residents of the “AAAF Park” complex in Khirdalan. The houses in this complex are not supplied with gas, so residents pay an average monthly fee of 250-300 manats for electricity. It turns out that the tenants who pay for the light on time should be without electricity because of the debts to “Azerishig.”
