The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about the significance of the decrees of the head of state on improving the social welfare of citizens. It is about raising the minimum wage and the minimum pension, as well as the salaries of teachers.

To meet all payments, 780 million AZN should be allocated from the state budget.

The second social package will require 2.5 billion manat and will cover 5 million citizens of the country.
