The level of tolerance in the country and the situation in the fields of healthcare and food security are the leading topics of today's press.
The newspaper Azerbaijan writes about tolerance in the country, and the care shown to other cultures. The publication was published on the occasion of the International Tolerance Day celebrated today.
This day was established in 1995 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of UNESCO. The tolerance policy was continued by President Ilham Aliyev, and in 2016 a year of multiculturalism in Azerbaijan was declared.
The website Azadliqinfo.az writes that the recently created Food Security Agency will be a formal thing. The Regulations of the new body identify 46 tasks. However, the author and experts do not believe in the effectiveness of this body, since in the country issues are resolved according to the "laws" of corruption and bribery.
The Novoye Vremya newspaper published an article on the poor level of medicine in Azerbaijan. E.g., the US Department of State urges its citizens not to undergo surgical operations in Azerbaijan and not to buy medicines in the local pharmacies. Such a recommendation of the Department of State is nothing more than a complete mistrust of the Azerbaijani healthcare system. -0 ----

The Business Continuity test of Azercell's CMG project was conducted in the Alat Free Economic Zone. A real-time Business Continuity test of the CMG – Crisis Management Group of Azercell, which is a leading mobile operator in the country, was conducted in the Alat Free Economic Zone. For implementation of the first tests Azercell was partnering with Azercosmos, Aztelekom, and Baktelecom. During the simulation, a crisis was created by completely cutting off communication in the designated area. Technical teams from the regions arrived at the scene during the crisis drill, initiating efforts to restore communication. Initially, groups installed two mobile Base Stations in the area, providing 2G service to a limited number of subscribers using facilities of the national satellite. In the next stage, high-speed internet, 3G, and 4G networks were restored, and the area was equipped with 100-megabit Wi-Fi service. It's worth noting that in comparison to previous tests, the recovery time was reduced by half in this simulation test. All mentioned recovery operations were carried out by teams from the regions and the groups of experts specially trained by Azercell.
