The fate of state property attributes of the Azerbaijan People"s Republic (APR), prices in private universities of the country, and the search for ways to fine in connection with property insurance are the leading topics of today's press.

The newspaper Azerbaijan tells about the state attributes of the APR. The author tells about the meaning of the colors of the state flag and the history of its adoption. The article reports on the anthem and the history of its creation and adoption, and the production of the national currency amounting to 2 billion 345 million manat. These were denominations of 25, 50, 100, 250 and 500 manat.

However, for today only 7-8% of this sum is collected, the chairman of the Association of Insurers of Azerbaijan, Mustafa Abbasbeyli, says. According to him, the insurance fee for property located in Baku is AZN 50.

For example, in The International School of Azerbaijan, the tuition fee is 24,000 manat and more. In Baku Oxford School it is from 14,000 to 16,000 manat. In Baku Europe it is from 9,800 manat to 14,000 manat.
