Residents of the village of Köhnegala complain of problems with water supply
Baku/11.05.20/Turan: Residents of the village of Köhnegala in the Tovuz region attempted to hold a protest rally on May 11.
“There is a problem with water in the village. Now there is a flood in the rivers and therefore there is still water; in 10 days, the rivers will dry up, and we will again be left without water.
President Ilham Aliyev allocated AZN 1 million 260 for the construction of 18 artesian wells in Tovuz. However, nothing real has been done,” one of the protesters told Turan.
Local residents accused the district administration of not solving water supply problems.
Police prevented the villagers from marching to the district’s executive branch.
The district administration denied reports about the action and the problems of the population with water supply. — 21C-

The court ordered the property be returned to its rightful owner, Samaya Aliyeva. However, the Ministry of Justice intervened, citing a presidential decree from July 1, 2004, which approved a state program for improving the living and working conditions of refugees.
