Baku/07.12.21/Turan: Political prisoner Saleh Rustamov who has been on hunger strike for 32 days is suffering from severe dizziness and a partial loss of vision, his lawyer Bahruz Bayramov told the Turan News Agency on Tuesday.
According to him, doctors took blood samples from Rustamov for analysis, and today he will also have an ultrasound examination.
Doctors have warned of a critical point and tomorrow they should decide on force-feeding. However, Rustamov is categorically against it. During the hunger strike, he lost 17 kg, from 69kg to 52kg, his lawyer said.
Bairamov regretted that no response has yet been received to his appeal to the Supreme Court Plenum to review the case.
It is also unclear when the appeal submitted the day before to the Nizami district court to release Rustamov from the remaining prison sentence for health reasons will be considered.

Baku, often called the "Caucasian Dubai," is increasingly known for systematic violations of residents' housing rights. Many, recognizing the futility of resistance, settle for inadequate monetary compensation for their irreplaceable property.
