Salyan Oil workers demand higher pay
Baku / 15.01.20 / Turan: Workers of the Salyan Oil operating company held a protest rally on January 15 demanding higher wages. According to the workers, about 200 employees gathered in front of the office. They stated that it is impossible to live on 400-500 manats in a mosque.
The company Salyan Oil said that as promised at the end of the year from January 1, salaries will be increased.
The specified company is an Azerbaijani-Chinese joint venture. Its founders are SAOCAR and SNPC. 21C-
