Baku / 22.09.18 / Turan: Journalist Fatima Movlamly can be arrested again and convicted, she wrote about this in social network. On September 21, she was taken to the 29th police department of the Yasamal district on the complaint of the leadership of the 19th Baku polyclinic. She was in the police from 13:30 to 18 hours. An investigation began against Movlamlyn after she filmed a report about the activities of the doctors at the polyclinic. The report was withdrawn by a complaint of a diabetic citizen complaining about the inability to get the medicines that are due to her in the clinic. "During the video recording, I was attacked by an engraver and three female doctors at the polyclinic, trying to take the camera away." They accused me of taking pictures without permission, they complained to the Yasamal Police Department, where they brought a case against me under Article 322.1 (arbitrariness). I face a fine of 500 manats or a six-month detention," Movlamly wrote.
Earlier this activist was subjected to pressure. So, on March 31, 2018, she was detained by the police for participating in the "Find the dictator" action and she spent five days in prison, and she was not released from the country in May. An attempt to receive a comment in the press service of the Ministry of Health did not yield results.
