Another MP, head of the party "Umid", Iqbal Aghazadeh, also condemns the capture of sea coast.
"Zeinab Khanlarova says the truth. In some places the access to the sea for the population is absolutely closed. I also repeatedly raised this issue in parliament," said Aghazadeh.
Tens of kilometers of the coastline to the south of Baku and Absheron have been closed to ordinary citizens. Even the most accessible beaches have been privatized and turned into commercial recreation areas or private villas.
