Trial of Couple Yunus Postponed (UPDATED)
The trial of Leyla and Arif Yunus has been postponed for August 13. The postponement of the meeting was caused by the appointment of new translators whom Leyla Yunus expressed distrust. Therefore, the lawyers have petitioned for their replacement. The request was granted and the court will return the previous translators.
The presence of interpreters is due to the fact that Leyla Yunus speaks in Russian.
The meeting was rescheduled for 10 a.m. on 13 August, the lawyer Afghan Mammadov told Turan.
According to him, Arif Yunusov was accompanied by the MNS jail doctor in the courtroom.-06D-
