Two activists of the "Muslim Unity" arrested in administrative order
Baku / 05.02.18 / Turan: Two activists of the Movement "Muslim Unity" - Samir Babayev and Mahir Guliyev were arrested administratively, their relatives reported. A resident of the village Mashtaga Babayev was detained on February 3, during a call to the 14th branch of the Sabunchu regional police department. The relatives were concerned that he did not return for a long time, and when he came to the police they found out that he had been arrested for 60 days. Babayev was charged under Article 206 (illegal drug trafficking in quantities for personal consumption) of the Administrative Offenses Code. Another activist of this religious movement Mahir Guliyev was arrested for 30 days on charges of illegally subordinating the police. He is the brother of Abbas Guliyev, who was arrested during a police operation in Nardaran on November 26, 2015 and sentenced to 14, 5 years in prison. -16D-
