Unknown people spying house and family of Idrak Abbasov
This morning around the house of the journalist Idrak Abbasov in the village Sulutapa unidentified persons kept filming. When the wife of the journalist came up to them with questions what they were doing, the unknown people got into their cars and drove away.
Given the previous fact that he was attacked by security personnel of SOCAR, Abbasov fears new provocations and violence. He therefore appealed to the police, journalistic organizations and international bodies to prevent a recurrence of the incident.
The journalist believes that the surveillance was not an accident and there is reason for concern. The reason for this was the fact that the same was happening around the house of the journalist’s father in the same village.
"I think that some act against me and my family is prepared," said Abbasov. He believes that the new provocative plan against him and his family began after the interview of Rovnag Abdullayev with BBC Radio.
Recall that Abbasov was brutally beaten by security of SOCAR at his house in April. The reason for this was that the journalist covered the demolition of citizens’ housing in the village by the SOCAR staff. -03D04-

However, questions have arisen about the legitimacy of the group, as an internet search yields little evidence of its existence beyond scattered mentions.

In the last two days, a "news" story appeared on TikTok about a whale spotted on Baku's seaside boulevard. The most "observant" users posted videos, commenting on the size of the animal. Later, other "witnesses" claimed it wasn't a whale, but a shark. Even later, a version emerged suggesting it was a submarine.
