Weather Forecasters Warn of Unstable Weather
Baku / 25.12.18 / Turan: In Baku and Absheron on December 26, the weather will be mostly rainless, and in several places fog is expected. At times, the intensifying south-westerly wind will change to a mild south-westerly one. The air temperature will be 5-7 degrees of heat at night and 11-13 degrees during the day, according to the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Environment.
It is also expected to be mostly rainless in the districts.
In lowland areas, the air on December 26 will warm to 10-15 degrees and in the mountains there will be 5-9 degrees of heat.
However, weather forecasters warn that windy weather will prevail in the next three days, and the southwesterly wind will be replaced by a strong northwesterly wind. On December 28 there will be precipitations at times, and the air temperature will drop by 3-5 degrees.
Precipitation will occur in the regions, and in several places intense snow will fall in mountainous and foothill areas. -0-
