Agalarovs Get Auditing Company in Baku
A new auditing company, LLC Crocus Audit has appeared in Azerbaijan. It has obtained a license from the House of Auditors for a 5-year term.
The state register of commercial legal entities does not specify the owner of the new company. The legal address of the company has become one of the objects of the family of the Russian businessman Aras Agalarov in the seaside Nardaran settlement of Baku, where Sea Breeze Resort & Residences (Ltd. Breeze Hotel) belonging to him has been working since 2012.
The Agalarovs family owns several companies in Baku. However, Turan was told in one of them that in fact there are only two companies: Crocus Ltd engaged in import and distribution of tobacco products and European Tobacco-Baku, the control of which passed to Crocus International Group about 2 years ago.
Note that, according to the Ministry of Taxes, the following companies were established with the logo Crocus in Baku in 2004-2010: Crocus Construction, Crocus Trading, Crocus Interiors, Crocus Azerbaijan, Crocus Baku, and Crocus. ------ 08B
