ASAN Khidmet began operating service customer service Azerigaz
In order to further improve the quality of services provided to citizens and increase transparency in the implementation of the agreements concluded with the subscribers, from February 6 ASAN Khidmet structures began to engage the customer service Azerigaz (Production Association of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic , SOCAR). This was stated by the President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev yesterday, speaking at a conference on the implementation of the State program of socio-economic development of regions.
As reported by Turan in SOCAR, Azerigaz offers its services to subscribers in the center of Baku ASAN Khidmet № 1. In this center, which one can apply, regardless of the area of ??residence, all subscribers, citizens without establishing deadlines and without delay will be provided five types of services. Here is a list of them and a list of required documents at the same time:
1) Restore the lost smart card. To provide this service requires: presentation of the original identity card in person by the registered subscriber base, or the presentation of the original identity card in person by a citizen, acting on the basis of a notarized power of attorney, as well as the name of the smart meter numbers, or user code. Cost of the cards is 5 manat.
2) Issuance of limits for subscribers - internally displaced persons, who were registered and already approved in gas exploitation offices. To provide this service requires: presentation of the original identity card in person by the registered subscriber base , or the presentation of the original identity card in person by a citizen , acting on the basis of a notarized power of attorney , and also the smart card. Provision of services is carried out without collecting tolls.
3 ) Printing balance and providing information on debt. To provide this service requires: presentation of the original identity card in person by the registered subscriber base , or the presentation of the original identity card in person by a citizen , acting on the basis of a notarized power of attorney, and also the smart card. Provision of services is free of charge.
4) Amendment of the personal data of subscribers using smart meters. To provide this service requires: presentation of the original identity card in person by the registered subscriber base, or the presentation of the original identity card in person by a citizen, acting on the basis of a notarized power of attorney, most smart cards, as well as the original documents confirming the right of ownership (registration cards property or contract of sale). For this service the fee is not provided.
5) Provision of information associated with the operation of smart meters . When providing services to the presentation of any documents and payment of fees is required.
It should be noted that the provision of these services is designed for customers using only counters ITRON-SOCAR. In the future we plan to increase the number and scope of services offered by Azerigaz. As a result, services will be provided in Baku center ASAN Khidmet № № 2, 3 and 4, as well as centers in the cities of Ganja and Sumgait. - 12D -
