Ata Bank Increases Authorized Capital
The Financial Markets Supervision Authority (FIMSA) has registered 1 million shares of Ata Bank at a par value of 20 manat each, according to FIMSA.
The shares will be distributed among the bank’s shareholders. Thus, the bank increases its authorized capital by 20 million manat, bringing it up to 70 million manat.
Ata Bank has been operating since 1993.
Turan earlier reported that the assets of Ata Bank in 2016 compared to 2015 decreased by 21%, amounting to 472 million 541 thousand manat, while the bank’s liabilities decreased by 24% and amounted to 412 million 730 thousand manat.
The debt of Ata Bank to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan is 10 million manat.
In 2016, the bank showed a profit of 340 thousand manat. -----71D
