Audit Chamber Reveals Deficiencies in Executive Branch of Goranboy Region
The Audit Chamber announced the results of the audit in the Goranboy region executive power, as well as in offices, enterprises and organizations subordinate to the EP.
The audit was conducted in four organizations and covered the expenditure of 7 million 213.6 thousand manat.
The audit results showed that the operation fees for non-residential areas were not taken into account in house planning , in predicting housing loss justified calculations were not carried out, and in several cases, the appointment of the spent money was changed.
According to the audit, in several cases, the costs which had to be covered due to economic activity were paid from the budget, and facts of overstaffing were revealed.
They also revealed an increase in the volume and cost of repair of the housing stock, non-compliance with laws related to taxes and procurement, as well as the Labor Code.
In addition, the transition to the national accounting standard was not provided.
