The insurance company AXA Mbask plans to increase its registered capital by 37.1% - up to 9 million 231.03 thousand manat. This will be possible due to the additional issue of shares of 2 million 500 thousand 190 manat, the prospect of which has been registered by the State Committee for Securities (SCS).
The package of securities is divided into 6,545 parts with a par value of 382 manat.
The insurance company AXA Mbask with the current registered capital of 6.073 million manat was established in 1992.
Its shareholders are AXA Seguros Generales, SA, De Seguros YReaseguros (84%) and individuals (16%). --17D-
