Azerbaijan Has 3.35 Million Individual Social Security Accounts
According to the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF) at the Ministry of Labor AR, 3,352,983 individual social insurance accounts were registered by December 1 (+ 5.4%, or 172.83 thousand to January 1).
According to the Ministry of Labor reported that most of the insured (59.27%) are men. Just over a quarter (25.6%) is aged 30 to 40 years. Slightly less (20%) is under the age of 30 years, 21% - from 50 to 60, 20% - 40-50, and the rest - over 60 years.
Recall that in the country there are 4.7 million working people. The reform of the pension system started in Azerbaijan on January 1, 2006, within which the system of individual registration of social insurance was introduced. --17D-

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
