Baki Sigorta Against Risks
The insurance company Baki Sigorta started today to place additional shares in the amount of 1 million 160 manat.
According to Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the package consists of 1 316 papers and the market value of each is 760 manat. Underwriter of the placement of the shares is LLC Invest-AZ. The process must be completed before April 2, 2015.
The placement of the shares will increase the authorized capital by 11.9% - up to 9 million 373.84 thousand manat. Currently, the authorized capital of Baki Sigorta is 8 million 373.68 thousand manat.
JSC Baki Sigorta began to work from October 1, 2007. Its shareholders are 4 legal entities and 2 individuals.
Last year, the company's premiums amounted to 3 million 508.26 thousand manat with payments of 2 million 375.11 thousand manat. --17D-
