Bank BTB posted over 77 % of the last issue of shares
Shares of JSC Bank BTB totaling 1.875 million manat were posted Wednesday on BSE.
Issue of 36.4 thousand ordinary documentary registered shares of 1 AZN passed state registration in May. According to the exchange, all shares were sold in a single transaction (investor). Underwriting is provided by JSC Unicapital.
Today 77.6 % taken (28.25 million manat) announced issue. According to the law shall be deemed issue when placing the half of it.
Paid charter capital od Bank BTB operating since 2010 thus reached 38.84 million manat.
The main shareholder of the bank (75% equity) is Mehdiyeva Nigar Ismail Gyzy (on unofficial estimates the daughter-in-law of the presidential administration head Ramiz Mehdiyev ) . The remaining shares are divided between two individuals. - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
