Bank Silk Way Raises Capital by More than One-third
JSC Bank Silk Way increases share capital by 23.54 million or 33.5% to 93.73 million manat.
As the press service of the State Securities Committee, the relevant prospectus for 170 590 ordinary registered non-certificated shares of nominal value of AZN 138, passed state registration on Thursday.
According to the prospectus, placement will be held by means of mass accommodation at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).
Paid charter capital, the bank now stands at 70.19 million manat. The bank's shareholders are LLC Silk Way Airlines and two individuals. - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
