Cabinet includes in the register "privatization of the electronic"
The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan includes the registry of electronic public services "e-privatization" of state property by its decision N 218 of 5 June.
E-privatization was the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers introduced on July 31, 2014, that created the conditions for the electronic filing of applications for participation in the auction for privatization of unfinished construction objects; purchase of non-residential premises in residential buildings constructed by the state, the privatization of small businesses receiving the documents for registration of rights to immovable property.
E-privatization of state property has earned in full in Azerbaijan from December 3, 2014, when its use was approved by the administrative regulations of the State Committee for Property Affairs. The Regulation also provides for the inclusion in the state register of objects of available technical documents.
SPC started providing electronic services since 2012. At present, the number of these services has been brought from 4 to 29, 25 of them - interactive. A special portal for electronic services (www.e-emdk.gov.az). All electronic services are integrated to the portal government.—0—
