Capital Bank completed public offering of the latest issue
Shares of Capital Bank for a total of 24.43 million manat were posted at the Baku Stock Exchange this Wednesday.
Emission of 3 million ordinary documentary registered shares with a nominal value of 10 manats passed state registration in early July of this year. According to the exchange, all the shares were sold in a single transaction (one investor). The underwriting services were provided by Chelsea Capital LLC.
At present, there have been placed 100% (AZN 30 million) of the announced issuance of shares. The extra issue right was used by 29 shareholders.
The paid-in share capital of the bank, thus, stood at 80 million manat.
OJSC Capital Bank has 169 shareholders, including 168 individuals. Pasha Holding owns 99.81% or 4,990,706 units of shares. - 15B -

Azerbaijan's financial standing continues to strengthen as the country's foreign currency reserves have surged to $71 billion as of January 1, 2025, according to the Ministry of Finance.
