Customs Fulfill Liability to the State Budget
State Customs Committee, in January-April 2013, sent to the state budget of customs duties and taxes on the total amount of 405.6 million manat. It is up 14.8% or 52.5 million manat more than in the same period last year.
In April alone, the amount of customs duties and taxes amounted to 116.1 million manat, of which 100 million manat - the value added tax.
In the structure of customs revenues account for 75.5% of the share of VAT, they told Turan in the SCC.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
