The JSC «Dekabank» created a leasing company. According to the Ministry of Taxes (State agency for the registration of commercial legal entities), the authorized capital of LLC «Dekalizinq» is set at 50 manats. The company is located in the central office of the bank - Baku, st.Khagani, 14/16. The JSC «Dekabank» has been functioning since 1992. Its authorized capital amounts to 52.7 million. The bank's shares are distributed among the seven individuals, none of whom has no control over the bank. 08B
