Diesel fuel production in Azerbaijan dropped by 5.8%
From January to October 2012 Azerbaijan manufactured 1,968,000 tons of diesel fuel, down 5.8% against the same period last year, according to the Azerbaijan State Statistical Committee.
In 2011 Azerbaijan produced 2,049,000 tons of diesel fuel, up 70,000 tons against the same period in 2010. All products were manufactured at the Heydar Aliyev oil refinery.
During this period the country also manufactured 531,200 tons of aviation kerosene, up 1.6% against the same period in 2011. During 2011 SOCAR manufactured 621,500 tons of aviation kerosene. Production of aviation kerosene increased by 3.4% against 2010.-0-
