Digital cadastral map of Baku will be available from the end of 2015
BAKU/27.11.13/TURAN : By the end of next year in an electronic inventory database and digital cadastral maps will include information about the 53 district centers and adjacent settlements.
As Turan reported in the press service of the State Committee for Property Affairs , today already prepared relevant system information on areas of Ganja and Sheki district as a pilot project . The total size of the loan and a grant provided by KfW, Frankfurt am Main (Germany), is 3 million euros. The loan and grant agreement within the "Cadastre and registration of immovable property" signed at the end of last year, Finance Minister Samir Sharifov .
Within the same project, the State Committee has begun compiling inventory data throughout the city of Ganja and Sheki region , at the final stage - drawing up an inventory of real estate in Sabunchu and Surakhani districts of the capital . All electronic inventory and digital cadastral map of Baku will be used no later than early 2016 - said the press service. - 17D-
