Finex Credit Bonds to Be Acquired by Azfinance Investment Company - Media
Bonds of the non-bank credit organization Finex Credit, which are scheduled to be released in closed mode, will be purchased by the investment company Azfinance, Report IA said.
The Financial Markets Supervisory Authority (FIMSA) registered two issues of Finex Credit bonds - 100 bonds at a face value of $ 1,000 each, with an annual yield of 8%, and 200 bonds at a face value of 1,000 manat each, with an annual yield of 22%.
Azfinance was established in 2014. Its authorized capital is AZN 1.55 million. 100% of the shares belong to the company G Capital Middle East Ltd. registered in Dubai.
