Foreign victims of trafficking will not be deported from Azerbaijan
Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has refined the rules of deportation from the country of foreigners and stateless persons not having the status of immigrants.
Now the foreigners, whose identity could not be established that qualify as victims of human trafficking will not be deported (as in effect prior to August 1 rules) of the country.
They will be given one year to think about their own prospects, and then the government will give them official status of the migrant.
Another decision of the government to the victims of human trafficking rehabilitation centers set up for the purpose of security, protection and restoration of physical, psychological and social Conditions.
Government decisions are dictated by the head of state signed on the eve of the Law on the ratification and entry into force of the "Code of migration" and the legal regulation in this regard. - 17D-
