Khalg Bank under the state mortgage program credited the more than 1,000 families
OJSC Khalq Bank has granted loans totaling 40 million manat from Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF).
As they stated in the bank, under the state mortgage program more than a thousand families have received mortgages from Khalq Bank. At the moment, the bank maintains a leading position in the field of mortgage lending and continues to actively develop this area, they noted in the bank.
It is worth noting that the bank is one of the authorized banks of the AMFand the first loan was issued on March 23 of 2006.
Khalq Bank also offers mortgage loans issued at their own expense. The advantages of bank mortgage lending programs are the maximum amount of credit - 200,000 manat , the term of 25 years, and the availability of credit for non-residents in the Republic of Azerbaijan. -15D -
