Ministry of Finance Places T-bills Totaling 19 Million Manat
The Ministry of Finance will hold on Tuesday (15 November) an auction on placement of 6-month T-bills worth 19 million manat, Baku Stock Exchange informs.
At the previous auction the Ministry of Finance fully placed T-bills with a maturity period of 182 days in the amount of 17 million manat. The average value of the bonds amounted to 91.56 manat at par value of 100 manat. Investors will receive a return on the level of 18.57% per annum. Some investors purchased T-bills with a yield of 19.99%.
Note that the Ministry of Finance places T-bills with a maturity period of 91, 182 and 364 days to cover the current state budget deficit. They also placed T-bills issued in US dollars at the first stage. -----08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
