Ministry of Taxes Updates Its Subdivisions
Today, it was decided to hold structural changes in the Ministry of Taxes. According to the Ministry, on the basis of the General Directorate for Analysis of Tax Crimes and Collection of Tax Debts, the Department of Control over Execution of Tax Legislation has been created. The General Directorate of Tax Audit and Operational Control has been transformed into the Department of Control over Tax Liabilities.
The General Directorate of Taxpayer Service has been liquidated and the Department of Taxpayer Service and Transparent Tax Partnership has been created instead.
The Baku Tax Department and Tax Department №1 have been also terminated. In their place three offices have been created: the Special Revenue Department, the Local Revenue Department and the Department on Work with Small Entrepreneurs of Baku. ----08D
