Minor tax offenses are not reduced
During the operational control measures in May this year there were revealed violations of tax laws by 5 543 taxpayers. Compared with April, the number of violations increased by 10.8%.
According to the Ministry of Taxes, in the last month the cash payment rules were violated by about 2,500 taxpayers. In April, cashier's checks were not issued in about 3 000 objects of trade, public catering and services. Cases of reception of foreign currency as a means of payment increased more than twice (1,166 events). Every first such fact cost taxpayers 400 manat and doubles during its repetition.
Despite ongoing since 2012 measures to combat illegal employment, concealment of jobs still takes place. Only in May, it was revealed involvement in paid work of 567 398 taxpayers. In April, were revealed 642 illegal immigrants.
Beginning this year, the Ministry of Taxes has started to sign a partnership agreement with the taxpayers in order to stabilize tax revenues. However, small business complains that the economic and tax system forces them to illegal activities. The fact is that in most cases the goods, both local and foreign origin, are not accompanied by documents overhead. This means that in this case they cannot get the due VAT from the state. Therefore, many businesses are forced to reduce turnover. - 08D-
