New rules for certification of professional participants of the securities market is not different from the old
State Securities Committee updated the rules of certification of professional participants of the securities market. The new document is practically no different from the current to the 17th of August 2009.
Procedure for the formation of the central and local (NAR) Evaluation Commission, the certification and Estimates scores did not change. There are some minor changes and additions to the old rules.
It was determined that the certification is carried out in two directions (general theory and legislation for RZB) and the minimum passing score. Previously, Nakhchivan SSC management recognized the right of appeal has not decertified candidates. Now the appeals coming from the NAR, will be considered in Baku.
In addition, applicants for professional activity in the securities should be required to have a university education. Certificate for professional activity in the securities loaned for five years. - 08B-

Russia and Iran have agreed on a gas pipeline route passing through Azerbaijan, according to Russia’s Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilyov. The Russian minister stated that the parties are in the final stage of negotiations, and the volumes have already been determined.
