New Service from Bashak-Inam Sigorta
Insurance company Bashak-Inam Sigorta coined a new concept in the local market - the insurance of foreign visa for citizens of Azerbaijan. The innovation has already produced the first thousand manat of awards, but it is an idea for the future.
As Turan learned from the assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Bashak-Inam Hikmet Allahverdi, this step is in compliance with the plan for strategic development framework for 2012-2015.
For the year, the financial structure is going to collect 4 million of total prizes. Last year they had a result of 3.4 million manat, while payments on all cases covered by agreements made 1.95 million manat.
The company has prepared and submitted to the State Insurance Supervision Service documents for entry into the Mandatory Insurance Office, but according to experts from the Ministry of Finance, it should pass through the stage of technical excellence, in particular, to establish branches in all the 10 economic regions of the country. Then, according to Allahverdi, the premiums will double.
The insurance company has been operating in the insurance market since 1996.
It operates on 32 types of insurance, of which four are compulsory.
Co-owner is the French insurance and reinsurance company GROUPAMA, which holds a 95% stake at the cofounder of Bashak Inam - Turkish Bashak Sigorta.
The authorized capital is AZN 6 million. - 17D-
