Personal Data on CTP to Fit in Finance Ministry and SCPA Documents
The identity data of citizens will now be recorded in the documents of the Ministry of Finance and the State Committee for Property Affairs (SCPA).
According to the presidential decree, issued the day before, the innovation is reflected in the changes in the inter-agency automated information retrieval system "entrance-departure and registration", approved by the decree number 744 of 22 April 2008.
Under the amendments, the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan includes information on the identity cards of citizens of Azerbaijan, insured under contracts for compulsory civil liability insurance of vehicle owners, into the document confirming the right of foreigners and stateless persons for temporary or permanent residence in the territory of Azerbaijan.
In addition, the State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan puts the data on identification cards in the statements of persons in connection with the state registration of rights to real estate and other merchandise rights. - 17D-
