Qarant Sigorta brought the level of the share capital up to the required minimum of the Ministry of Finance
The authorized capital of the insurance company Qarant Sigorta has risen to 5 million manat (+1 million, or 25%).
The press release noted that the increase was made possible by converting the nominal value of the shares - each of 4 thousand securities now is not one thousand, but 1.25 thsd manat.
Insurance company Qarant Sigorta began operations on November 27 of 2007.
The founder of the company is ZQAN Holding.
The company provides services on 18 types of voluntary and 4 compulsory insurance.
According to the State Insurance Supervision Service, in January-April, premiums totaled 1 million 940.54 thousand manats and payments - 662.56 thousand manats. - 17D-
