Since early year 7.9% of power generated by hydraulic power stations in Azerbaijan
From January to July 2015 13,623,200,000 kwh of power has been generated in Azerbaijan, up 2.9% against the same period in 2014, reads the monthly report of the Azerbaijan State Statistical Committee.
During this period production of tank electric energy totaled 12,986,200,000 kwh (growth by 2.9%).
The difference between total and the commodity indexes of power generation is caused by the fact that Azerenerji uses part of generated power to satisfy its own needs.
From January to July 2015 thermal power stations of Azerenerji generated 12,528,000,000 KWh of power (growth by 1.5%), while hydraulic power stations – 1,088,900,000 KWh (growth by 21.7%).
Since early year 7.9% of generated power in Azerbaijan fell to the hydraulic power stations.—0-
