Since early year over 71,000 objects of immovable property registered
During six months 2012 over 71,000 objects of immovable property were registered, of which approximately 50,000 fall to the secondary market, operations on which could be carried out in electronic form, Kerem Hasanov, chief of the State Property Committee, said at the session of the Committee.
In addition, the service of state register of immovable property has registered 16,000 mortgage contracts. Technical passports for 67,000 objects of immovable property have been submitted to the owners after the inventory.—0---
