SOCAR to Begin Work in New Headquarters Next Week
Several departments of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) have successfully moved to the new headquarters in SOCAR Tower, located on Heydar Aliyev Avenue.
As it became known to Turan from sources in SOCAR, relocation of the management staff of SOCAR to SOCAR Tower is planned next week.
SOCAR Tower will host the administrative apparatus of SOCAR (about 500 people) and the units and entities of the company, which previously rented offices. In total, SOCAR Tower can be a place of work for 2,200 people.
Note that the opening ceremony of the 40-storey building of SOCAR took place on May 30, 2016. The opening ceremony was attended by the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. -12B--
