Subsidiary of Devechi Broiler - Winner of the First State Land Contest
LLC Qarabag Taxil, which is the sole founder of the largest producer of chicken and chicken products in Azerbaijan OJSC Devechi Broiler, rented from the state 4,800 hectares of land.
The company plans to create not only grain farms, but also the production of livestock and vegetable oils in Agjabedi (3,300 ha) and Beylagan (1,500 ha).
The head of the department of land in Agjabadi Abbas Suleymanov told Turan that the company Qarabag Taxil pledged to invest in the implementation of planned activities AZN 15 million, of which 80% are its own funds. His colleague in Beylagan, Rafael Pesiev told Turan the investment portfolio in the region is estimated at over 12 million.
On August 17 in Agjabedi and Beylagan there were first calls for the transfer to long-term lease (49 years) of state land for grain farms. The company will pay the state more than AZN 60,000 a year for the lease of land.
The costs of creating the necessary infrastructure will be provided by the state budget. However, these costs are to be returned in 10 years, 2 of which are favorable.
Recall that private farms for the production of grain are at the direction of President Ilham Aliyev.
Ltd. Qarabag Taxil was established in April of this year. Its share capital is AZN 4 million. At the disposal of its founder there are also 800 hectares in Agsu, Shamakhi and Kurdamir. -08B-
