The Authorized Capital of Amrah Sigorta Officially Added 5.5%
Baku Stock Exchange implemented all shares of the insurance company Amrah Sigorta.
As the website of the BSE said, April 16 both the financial structure of the shareholder repaid within two deals an additional issue of shares for 262 million manat, which increased the share capital by 5.5%.
According to information from the company itself, as a result the capital reached 5 million 661 manat. Now it is necessary to register the limit of the Ministry of Taxes.
Earlier it was reported that the shareholders of the structure decided to apply the method of additional issue - the cost of each of the 1 310 uncertified unregistered shares is 200 manats. Underwriter of the accommodation is Unicapital.
Insurance company Amrah Sigorta has operated in the insurance market since 1993.
In 2008, in accordance with the laws of the company, changing the legal form of organization, it became a public company. In the same year, Amrah Sigorta received a perpetual license to conduct insurance business.
The authorized capital of the company is equal to 4 million 738.66 thousand manats. Its shareholders are two individuals (the family Ildirimzade). - 17D -
