The insurance part of pensions is increased by 6.65%
Baku / 10.02.18 / Turan: In Azerbaijan, the insurance part of labor pensions will be indexed. In this regard, on February 9, President IlhamAliyev signed an order.According to the decree, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the population, in accordance with the growth rate of the average monthly nominal wage determined by State Statistical Committee in 2017, should ensure an increase in the insurance part of all types of labor pensions. In addition, the Ministry should realize the indexation of the amount of pension capital accumulated in the insurance part of personal accounts in the personal accounting system. What is true in our country is that regulation in this area is also true, economist NatikJafarli said, commenting on the president's order. The economist stressed that all rights are in the hands of the government, which does what it wants. He believes that after this order growth will be 6.65%. And this, by calculations, will allow the government to save on every pensioner 4-5 manats. In the norm it was supposed to be so - for the year 2017 the minimum wage (116 manats) should be multiplied by the inflation rate (13%), and thus the minimum wage was received at the beginning of 2018 (131 manats).-0-
