The legal basis of Nabucco gas pipeline will be discussed
The legal basis of Nabucco gas pipeline will be discussed during the meeting organized by Nabucco Committee in Austria on Monday.
Energy Ministers from the transit Nabucco countries, such as Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Austria, European Energy Commissar Gunter Oettinger and Bulgarian Premier Boyko Borisov will take part at the meeting, Christian Dolezal, press officer of Nabucco Gas Pipeline International GmbH, told Trend news agency on Monday. Turkish and Azerbaijani delegations will also attend the meeting.
Dolezal said that the goal of the meeting is to confirm a strong legal basis of the project - the intergovernmental agreement and agreement on support of the Nabucco project (IGA and PSA) and strengthening of the political support.
In June the consortium for development of Shah-Deniz field has selected Nabucco West as a priority route for gas deliveries to Southeast and Central Europe.
