This year’s First Auction for Sale of T-bills Held Today
Today Baku Stock Exchange holds this year's first auction on placement of short-term bonds.
As Turan was told in the Baku Stock Exchange, the Ministry of Finance places T-bills in the amount of the nominal value of 15 million manat. The term of circulation of the securities is 364 days. The placement underwriter is the investment company JSC Pasha Capital.
Note that the T-bills are discounted. The market value of the securities of par value of 100 manat will be formed at the auction. -----08D

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
